SHIPPING
The warehouse ships Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. We ship via Fed Ex. Currently, our ground shipments go by Fed Ex Home Delivery, which delivers Tuesday-Saturday. Fedex Express normally delivers Monday-Friday.
RETURN POLICY
Have confidence in ordering with Luxuriousgoosedowncomforters.com, if you are NOT satisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the bedding less shipping costs. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges. You will need to include all original packaging and tags must still be attached to the item(s) or the item cannot be accepted. Be sure to write on the outside of the box and on a packaging slip with your name, address, and order number. The shipping carrier is your choice. However, it is best and highly recommended that you insure the package and obtain a tracking number for the shipment. For example, UPS or Federal Express. Luxuriousgoosedowncomforters.com cannot be held responsible for shipments being returned for a customer that are lost or damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
All items for return must be received by www.luxuriousgoosedowncomforters.com no later than 60 days after the original delivery date to the customer.
WARRANTIES
All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other
warranty either expressed or implied is offered by Burbank Enterprises.
Luxuriousgoosedowncomforters.com is not responsible for normal wear & tear,
abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within
30 days or receipt will be replaced or refunded will be issued. Claims
reported after 30 days of recipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired
at the discretion of www.luxuriousgoosedowncomforters.com at no charge.
BROKEN OR DAMAGED GOODS POLICY
If the package is damaged in transit or goes missing, and the package is
insured, a claim can be filed to get compensation for the item up to the
insured amount.
